Terms & Conditions...
	For all bookings a 25% deposit is required within 7 days of making the reservation. Please note that a reservation is not secure until a deposit is received. Makanyane reserves the right to automatically release any accommodation being held where the required deposit has not been received within the state period.

Reservations...

• We require a 50% deposit of the full amount due in order to confirm and secure your booking. The balance is due 2 weeks before arrival.

• Upon receipt of  written confirmation by yourselves, the booking will be confirmed and accepted by us as such. This will be as binding as a financial confirmation.
• Until confirmed the booking is considered to be provisional and can be released by ourselves if the rooms are required.
• After your booking has been confirmed, any amendments will be done subject to availability. A fee will be charged for amendments at our discretion

Children’s Policy... 

• Children of all ages are welcome at Jaci’s and are especially catered for.
• We have a special rate for children 12 and under sharing with their parents.
• Children aged 12 and under sharing with their parents are not allowed in the boma for the evening meal.
• Children aged 8 – 12 years are allowed on the adult’s game drive, and will then eat dinner in the dining room on their return.
• Children aged 7 years and under are specially accommodated on their own „Jungle drive“ during the day, and are given dinner at 18:00 in the dining room.
• Childminders are provided as part of our service. You are welcome to leave a gratuity , at your own discretion.  General 

• Check in at 14:00 and check out at 11:00
• Brunch is included on the day of departure. Guests are welcome for Brunch/lunch on the day of arrival at an extra charge of ZAR 75.00 per person.
• Park entrance fees of ZAR 20.00 per adult and ZAR 10.00 per person is NOT included.
• Please advise intended route to Jaci‘s as well as ETA.
• All gates into the reserve close at 20:00
• Children aged 12 and under sharing with their parents qualify for our special children’s rate. 

Air & Road transfers...

All rates quoted are valid for 10 days and will only be confirmed once a FULL payment has been received. Up until that time prices are subject to change without prior notification.

Jaci’s Safari and Tree Lodge Cancellation Policy...

90 Days prior to arrival date 10% of the reserved room fee applicable.

90 To 61 days prior to arrival date – 25% of the reserved room fee applicable

60 To 31 days prior to arrival – 50% of the reserved room fee applicable.

30 To 15 days prior to arrival – 75 of the reserved room fee applicable

Less than 15 days – 100% of the reserved room fee applicable.

If rooms that have 100% cancellation fee on them are resold Jaci’s Lodges will reimburse the company/person penalised with 90% of the amount received for this.
